Refund Policy

Our plans

Tut-P plans are bought per child. They do not renew automatically: a plan ends on its last day unless you choose to pay again.

• Pro: ₹500 (incl. GST) for one month (30 days) for one child.
• Annual Pro: ₹5,000 (incl. GST) for one year (365 days) for one child.

Refunds

• Pro (monthly): no refund once the payment is made.
• Annual Pro: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your payment. No refund after 7 days.
• Any refund ends that plan's access for that child.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@tutp.online from the email address or phone number you registered with. Include your child's name and the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few working days to show it.
